I'm a designer and builder, and I shipped all of this solo by directing AI agents: the app, the backend, the AI, payments, the brand. Not vibe-coded over a weekend. Built on and off between other projects for about six months, with an eval harness, hundreds of tests, and an App Store rejection I diagnosed and fixed. It runs on Warm Clay, a design system I built from scratch to steer hard away from generic, AI-slop iOS apps. This is only the beginning, with more updates and ideas coming.
